Huntington Beach Pier Sunset : SURF CITY USA

As the sun dipped below the horizon at Huntington Beach Pier, the cloudy sky began to shift in the most unexpected way. Though the day had been mostly overcast, about fifteen minutes after sunset, a band of clouds melted into a soft pastel pink, casting a rosy hue across the wet sand. The ocean mirrored the colors like a painting come to life, and the moment felt suspended in time. Standing there barefoot in the cool sand, the air salty and still, I felt a quiet wave of gratitude wash over me—for the moment, for the beauty, and simply for being there to witness it.
