With panoramic ocean views, crashing waves below, and the occasional pelican perched nearby, it was a treasured spot for locals and visitors alike. For my family, it was the scene of countless birthdays—my parents’, my kids’, and everything in between. The walk to Ruby's became a tradition, filled with salt air, surfer sightings, and that unmistakable small-town charm.
